I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RabitoEats—including website, mobile applications, and related platforms—for ordering food and groceries, users accept and agree to these Terms. All references to "Services" include food delivery, grocery delivery (vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood), and any items/purchases offered.

II. Definitions

• Customer/User: Any individual or entity using RabitoEats for ordering food or groceries.
• Content: Reviews, images, audio, video, location data, messages, and other information shared by users.
• Partner: Restaurants and Stores listed, including all vendors supplying groceries and perishables.

III. Eligibility

• Only persons 18 years and above, competent to contract, may use RabitoEats.
• Users must comply with all relevant laws when using any Service for ordering Food or Groceries.

IV. Updates and Changes

• RabitoEats may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of RabitoEats constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

V. Provision of Services

• RabitoEats provides a constantly evolving platform for the best experience in food and grocery delivery.
• Registered users can place orders for prepared food or groceries, including vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, pantry items, and other household needs.
• Delivery may be by RabitoEats, restaurant/store partners, or third-party logistics.

VI. Groceries, Food, and Delivery

• All references to "Food" now include "Groceries," covering vegetables, fruits, fresh produce, meat, seafood, and packaged staples.
• Products offered are subject to availability at the time of order. Unavailable items may be substituted, cancelled, or refunded as per the Cancellation-Refund Policy.
• Delivery times quoted are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. RabitoEats or its partners will inform users of any major delays.
• Users must provide accurate addresses and contact details to receive timely delivery of food and groceries.
• Orders may be delivered by RabitoEats delivery partners or other appointed agencies.
• Users agree not to resell food or groceries purchased through RabitoEats.

VII. Prices and Payments

• All listed prices (food and groceries) are correct at the time of publication but may change due to partner pricing, market rates, weight variations, or promotions.
• Full payment, including delivery fees and applicable taxes, is required before dispatch for both food and groceries.
• Payment methods: Online payment (cards, UPI, netbanking), RabitoEats wallet, cash, or other options available on the platform.
• All payment details are secured and processed as per applicable security norms.

VIII. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Users may cancel any food or grocery order within 1 minute of placing it, with a full refund where applicable.
• Once 1 minute elapses, cancellation is not permitted for either food or grocery/perishables orders; preparation/packing/distribution will proceed and users are liable for the full order value.
• Incorrect addresses or unavailability may result in "Authorization Breach" and liquidated damages up to the order amount.
• If RabitoEats, the restaurant, or store cancels an order due to unavailability or technical error, the user will receive a full refund.
• For issues with food or groceries (damaged, spoiled, wrong, expired), complaints must be raised with proof (photo/video) within 24 hours. Decisions on refunds/replacements require partner approval.
• Fresh food and groceries are non-returnable except for genuine complaints relating to damage or quality. Refunds for eligible cases will be issued to the RabitoEats wallet, processed within 7-15 business days.

IX. User Information and Privacy

• Users must provide accurate details for the delivery of food and groceries. These may be used for order processing, support, or marketing, per the Privacy Policy.

X. Customer Account, Feedback, and Conduct

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and correct usage of their RabitoEats account.
• Feedback on food, groceries, delivery, or platform may be provided, and RabitoEats reserves the right to use such feedback for improving Services.
• Users must not post prohibited, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.

XI. Partner and Vendor Responsibility

• Food and groceries are sourced from verified partners. RabitoEats is not the manufacturer/seller but facilitates purchase on behalf of users.
• Warranty, quality, and refunds for products (including groceries/perishables) remain the responsibility of partner restaurants/stores.

XII. Delivery Offers, Promotions, Wallets

• Delivery plans, discounted delivery, and promotional offers are valid for both food and grocery orders, subject to specific terms.
• The RabitoEats wallet can be used to pay for both food and grocery orders, and any approved refunds will be credited to this wallet.

XIII. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• RabitoEats is not liable for any warranty/guarantee on delivered food or groceries, deficiencies in third-party services, or for delays and circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Users agree to indemnify RabitoEats for misuse, breach of Terms, or unlawful activity.

XIV. Dispute Resolution, Jurisdiction, Contact Details

• All disputes regarding food and grocery orders shall follow RabitoEats grievance redressal process.
• Jurisdiction as per user location (India: Delhi courts, etc.).
• Contact and Grievance Officer info provided for all complaints.

XV. General

• These Terms constitute the full agreement for food and grocery orders via RabitoEats.
• Updates, severability, waiver, partnership disclaimers, and other legal clauses apply to all food and grocery Services.
