Rabito Eats (formerly known as RabitoEats Private Limited and RabitoEats Media Private Limited) and/or its affiliates ("RabitoEats," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this policy.

- The types of information that RabitoEats may collect from you through access and use of our food and grocery delivery platforms (including vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, and related services).

- Website, app, or any online platform for food and grocery delivery (vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, staples, and all other products).
- Communication through email, SMS, phone, and customer support.

Information that users provide directly to third parties (restaurants, grocery stores, delivery partners, or social networks) is governed by those third-parties' own privacy policies, and not by RabitoEats.

a. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Full name, contact number, email address, delivery address, gender, profile picture, date of birth, and any identification you add to your account.
- Payment information (as per PCI-DSS), RabitoEats wallet data, and order transaction history for food and groceries.
- Location data to facilitate delivery of food and groceries.
b. Device and Usage Information
- Device type, identifiers, operating system, browser, IP address, and mobile network details.
- Usage details: time, frequency, purchased or viewed food and grocery items, preferences, app activities, and ad interactions.
- Cookies, web beacons, and tracker data for analytics and personalization.
c. Content and Preferences
- Reviews, ratings, order customizations (including for groceries and perishable items), feedback, and uploaded media (photos, videos).
d. Communications and Interactions
- In-app/website messages, communications with support, promotional consent, and surveys.
e. Order Details
- Full transactional trail of all food and grocery orders, including item details, prices, special instructions, delivery partner assignment, and feedback.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Order processing, payment, personalized recommendations, and seamless delivery of both food and groceries.
- Resolving complaints, refunds/returns, and after-sales support for food and all grocery items.
- Improving user experience and security; preventing fraud and abuse.
- Marketing and promotional communication if user consent is given.
- Compliance with Indian law, tax, and regulatory guidelines regarding food and grocery delivery.
4. Sharing of Information
- With partner restaurants, grocery stores, and delivery agents to process and fulfill food and grocery orders, special instructions, and complaints.

- With banks, payment processors, and related service providers for wallet and refund operations.

5. Security Measures
RabitoEats follows industry-standard technology and practices to safeguard user data, including strong encryption, SSL/TLS for data transfer, secure payment gateways, and regular security audits. No sensitive card or wallet information is stored by RabitoEats, except in compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. User Rights & Choices
- Users have the right to access, update, or delete personal information stored with RabitoEats via profile settings or by contacting support.
- Users have the right to opt-out of promotional messages for food and grocery services.
- Privacy choices, including disabling cookies or tracking, may affect some service features.
- All requests regarding personal data rights (access, correction, erasure) can be submitted via info@rabitoeats.com or the in-app support feature.
7. Retention and Account Deletion
Personal data is retained as long as necessary for providing food and grocery delivery services, resolving disputes, or as legally required. Deleted accounts result in anonymization or removal of all personal data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business interests.
8. Children's Privacy
RabitoEats does not knowingly collect data from users under age 18, unless permitted by local laws. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be deleted promptly.
9. Updates to Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as per legal, business, or technological needs. The latest version and effective date will always be posted on RabitoEats website and app, and major changes will be notified via in-app messages or email. Use of services after changes constitutes user consent.
