DELIVERY RIDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship and use of RabitoEats Platform by individuals engaged as Delivery Riders (“You,” “Your”) who provide delivery services for food and grocery orders through RabitoEats.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
- By accepting these Terms and/or commencing delivery services via RabitoEats, You agree to comply fully with these Terms.
- You confirm that You are legally eligible to work as a Delivery Rider as per local laws, are at least 18 years old, and are physically fit to perform delivery services.
2. Role and Nature of Engagement
- You understand and agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of RabitoEats.
- RabitoEats acts solely as a technology platform that connects You to Customers and Restaurants; RabitoEats is not a party to the delivery service contract between You and the Customer.
3. Delivery Services
- You shall perform deliveries of Orders with due care, diligence, and in compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
- You agree to respect the dignity and diversity of all stakeholders and refrain from discrimination or harassment.
- You are solely responsible for the condition of the delivered products upon handover to the Customer.
4. Account and Use of Platform
- You shall maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
- Use of the RabitoEats platform must comply with applicable laws and RabitoEats policies.
- You must not engage in unauthorized use, data scraping, or any disruptive activities related to the Platform.
5. Compensation and Payments
- You will be compensated as per RabitoEats' payment structure communicated via the platform or agreements.
- Payments will reflect charges for each delivery performed and may include surge, incentives, or other adjustments.
- RabitoEats may deduct any amounts owed by You, including liquidated damages for breaches as per relevant terms.
6. Complaints and Liability
- RabitoEats disclaims liability for loss, damage, or injury arising out of the delivery services, except as mandated by law.
- You agree to indemnify RabitoEats against claims arising from your acts or omissions in connection with delivery services.
7. Termination
- RabitoEats may suspend or terminate Your access to the platform immediately upon breaches of Terms, unlawful conduct, or for any reason at discretion.
- You may terminate your engagement by discontinuing use of the platform.
8. Privacy
Your personal and identification information will be collected, used, disclosed, and protected as described in RabitoEats Rider Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction as set forth in the overall RabitoEats Terms.
- Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing jurisdiction specified by RabitoEats.

- To verify identity and eligibility as Delivery Rider.

Information Sharing
- With service providers involved in payment processing, verification, background checks, and platform operations under confidentiality agreements.

- Within RabitoEats group companies as needed for platform operations.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and business needs, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
